Front contact to the GaSb-photovoltaic converter: Properties and thermal stability

چکیده

Issues related to the thermal stability of front contacts, based on Cr-Au and Cr-Au-Ag-Au, GaSb-based photovoltaic cells have been considered at operational (the cell temperature is 50 o C) standard conditions as well forced degradation (at 125 200 C). It shown that converter with silver-containing contact preferable in terms resistivity, external quantum yield, FF, V oc , therefore, efficiency service life. The durability determined elevated temperatures. Keywords: contact, degradation, converter, GaSb.
